So this weekend was the big weekend at Deadwood. It was a lot of fun. I ended up $15 ahead from what I brought with me, and both Ashley and her friend were about $40-60 behind haha. I just think they don't know when to stop when they're ahead. Ah well. It was fun. Black Jack is definitely the best, and the slots are worthless unless you're going to spend all day there. Ashley and her friend lost most of their money at the slot machines because they are addicted to them. I had to drag them out of the casino because I was tired of watching them lose all their money.
Before the gambling, we went to get tattoos, however. Ashley and I each got the matching ant on our right foot, and I got the Libra constellation on my left foot, she got a butterfly on the back of her neck over the bones (ouch!) and her friend got a star on her shoulder. It was a good bonding experience.
We finally got back to Spearfish and dropped me off at my apartment, and they were on their way back to Gillette. Half an hour later, I get a call from my sister, "Bridgette's car broke down, we can't get it to start, nobody's stopping for us, and we don't know what to do!" So I call my dad to let him know what's going on, pick the girls up at their car, turn around and head back to Spearfish so they can get food, have Dad meet us back at the car, and take them back to Gillette, since he couldn't figure out what was wrong with it and it was getting dark. They were saved, and everything was good.
All in all, good weekend.
